Good stewardship starts with understanding.

A landscape is a living system of soil, water, vegetation, wildlife, disturbance, and people. Its history and its connections matter as much as the boundaries on a map.

Wild Lands brings that wider view to practical work. We connect field science, landscape thinking, conservation strategy, and project leadership so ecological knowledge becomes a decision someone can carry forward.

Founded and led by Benjamin Worlund, Wild Lands brings together private-land stewardship, restoration planning, field ecology, spatial analysis, and project leadership. Ben is a landscape ecologist whose background includes graduate coursework in landscape architecture.

Our work is principal-led. Clients work with one accountable ecological lead, with qualified specialist partners brought in where the assignment requires their expertise.

Let’s talk about your landscape.
