Benjamin Worlund
Benjamin Worlund is the Founder & Principal of Wild Lands and serves as the accountable ecological lead on client work. A landscape ecologist and environmental consultant, he brings experience across private-land stewardship, habitat restoration, field ecology, GIS and spatial analysis, coastal and infrastructure environments, and complex project and operations leadership. His role is to understand the landscape and the decision, determine what evidence is actually needed, organize the right technical people around the problem, and keep the work connected from assessment through implementation. Clients work with Ben directly; when an assignment requires specialist or licensed authority, he brings in qualified partners while keeping the ecological objective, scope, and handoffs clear.
